For contract obligations, we ship via ABF Freight.
For individual service members, we ship via the United States Postal Service Flat Rate to any address within the continental United States, including APOs, FPOs, and DPOs. Depending on the products you purchase, some may require triple packaging (i.e., zip-top bag, bubble wrap, or cardboard box).
Individual recipients should expect to receive their package within 3-7 business days. A tracking number will be included on the E-commerce receipt after the shipment goes out.
The maximum weight for a single shipment is 70 pounds, the exceedance of which will require multiple flat-rate shipments.
Desselles Distribution stands behind the quality of products for which we have endeavored to be an exclusive distributor. Satisfaction is paramount. If, however, this is not achieved, please know that there are options.
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error when filling the order. Refunds are issued using the original form of payment once the return has been received and inspected.
If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
